Domaine de Vieux-Mareuil was created in 1999 by Laetitia Morlat. After traveling the world, Laetitia is now back in her native Perigord and has decided to contribute to local life and development by opening five residences that illustrate the region’s identity.
At the heart of the Domaine de Vieux-Mareuil project lies La Roussie, once the family house of Laetitia’s parents. Following this sentimental thread, the Château de Chanet, a hidden gem where she spent her honeymoon, was later acquired and meticulously renovated. Next, Bagatelle, a manifestation of Laetitia’s secret dream location, became part of the narrative. Finally, Domaine de Lavy, a name resonating with hope and prosperity, joined the ensemble.
